Miracle 3 Day Diet Concerns
Most fad style diets are not built with your health in mind. Their simple goal is to make you slimmer in a short amount of time. The systems of the body are not created to do this so we advise you really do think careful about taking on a 3 day miracle diet or indeed any diet that makes big claims in a shirt time. Generally they work by cutting your calorie intake right down so your body is forced to use up water a little mass either from muscle, a little fat and sometimes other sources. The problem is that fat is the last source of energy to be burned so you could be losing weight, but the wrong weight.

If you are fully aware of the concerns (read above) you may still be wanting to try the diet. It may just be something of pure curiosity! 3 Day Diets interest me somewhat as there is a claim that the chemical makeup of he exact food chosen helps to start a chemical breakdown. I have no idea if these claims are true!
