3 Day Chemical Diet

Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

The 3 Day Chemical Diet is another name for the 3 Day Diet. The diet advertises 10 pounds of weight loss in just 3 days by creating a chemical or unique metabolic reaction by consuming a small group of foods in a specific manner for a short period of time.

Does The 3 Day Chemical Diet Work?

Yes and No. I said yes because it is possible to lose weight by completing the 3 Day Diet; however it is unlikely that you will lose 10 pounds. I said no because the 3 Day Chemical Diet has nothing chemical or mysterious happening. Your body is not reacting to the meal plan in a chemically advanced way; instead it is adjusting to the food you are feeding it.

The meal plan consists of an inordinately low amount of calories for 3 days and that mixed with a batch of diuretics that are reducing the amount of water your body’s cells are storing you will begin to see some weight loss within 3 days just not the right way.

What this means is that by following the 3 Day Chemical Diet you are not losing weight in a healthy manner. The lower than normal intake of calories is causing your body to use your own fat to provide energy for your body while it is not being feed the proper nutrients and amount of food the body needs to run on a daily basis. The unfortunate side effect to this is that your body will say “hey brain, next time you eat store more fat just incase we need it again in the future”. So as you return to normal eating your body will store more fat for periods of hunger and you will gain the weight that you lost back, if not more.

The second issue with the 3 Day Chemical Diet is the use of diuretics to pretty much trick your body into losing weight. Weight is really just a number and has nothing to do with how healthy your body really is. So using diuretics, substances that make you urinate more and pull more water from your cells simply allow you to lose weight, but do nothing to help you be healthier. Coffee, which is one of the main menu items on the 3 Day Chemical Diet, is a diuretic. Once you begin to rehydrate your body after the diet has been completed you will once again see your weight increase.

Should I do the 3 Day Chemical Diet?

Personally I wouldn’t ever suggest that anyone participate in a fad or yo-yo diet such as the 3 day chemical diet. The diet does not advocate serious weight loss or exercise and will not help you live a healthier lifestyle. And unless you are looking to fulfill a short term goal such as fitting into a dress for one day then the diet will do you know good. However if you are interested in doing the diet I would suggest consulting a physician to see if the diet is healthy for you to do. And if you are sure that it is healthy feel free to look at the other articles on our website that explain in detail how to do the 3 Day Diet.

3 Day Diet for Heart Patients

Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

The 3 Day Diet for Heart Patients is a name often given to the 3 Day Diet that can be fond in numerous forms floating around the web. There is no substantial evidence that this diet was every produced for heart patients even though it is often also called the 3 Day British Heart Foundation Diet. Some have guessed that the heart aspect of the diet has come from a similar diet being served in hospitals (also rising to the so called 3 day hospital diet), again the truth of this is questionable.

This means if you are a heart patient you should be very careful before under taking these diets and you MUST talk to your medical professional before engaging in such a diet.

The 3 Day Diet for Heart Patients is normally the same or a slight variation on the main diet you can find floating around. It’s a very simple idea that requires you eat very specific foods that apparently speed up your metabolism over a 3 day period through some chemical reaction. It’s a very low calorie diet so it is very very likely that it is the low calorie intake that is more responsible for any weight loss than any chemical reaction.

The diet suggests you leave at least 4-5 days normal healthy eating in between running this diet and claims you can lose up to 10-12lbs (depending where you read) per 3 day session.

I have no doubts it will help you lose some weight if you can stick to it but the lack of food and variety could lead to binging…. So be prepared. I also suggest you stop right away if you have any feelings of faintness, dizziness or any kind of illness through the diet. Most medical professionals will likely tell you to stay away from the 3 Day Diet for Heart Patients.

So what is the 3 day diet for heart patients plan?

Ok warnings and observations aside you obviously want to know what is involved in the diet. As I mentioned before it is very simple. You are advised to keep hydrated well throughout the time and a diet soda is allowed with one meal a day (remember diet soda will unlikely make you gain weight but it is unhealthy). No exercise is recommended but if you do you may find your energy levels are too low to function at your best.

Ok here we go with the plan.

DAY 1

BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER
1 Black Coffee or Tea no milk, no sugar but a sweetener can be used.

Plain Beans

Half a grapefruit

1 slice of brown toast with a tiny spread of peanut butter

Half a cup of tuna (not in oil)

1 slice of brown toast

1 Black Coffee or Tea no milk, no sugar but a sweetener can be used.

3 ounces of  lean meat (chicken is prob best)

1 cup of greens

1 cup of raw shredded carrots

1 cup of vanilla ice cream

1 medium/small apple

1 Black Coffee or Tea no milk, no sugar but a sweetener can be used.

DAY 2

BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER
1 Black Coffee or Tea no milk, no sugar but a sweetener can be used.
1 egg(boiled or poached)

1 slice of brown toast

1 banana

1 cup of tuna or alternatively 1 cup of cottage cheese

5 plain saltine crackers

1 Black Coffee or Tea no milk, no sugar but a sweetener can be used.

2 regular hotdogs

½ a cup of carrots

1 cup of broccoli / cabbage

1 banana

½ cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY 3

BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER
1 Black Coffee or Tea no milk, no sugar but a sweetener can be used.

5 plain saltine crackers

1 ounce of cheddar cheese

An apple

1 medium hard boiled egg

1 slice of brown toast

1 Black Coffee or Tea no milk, no sugar but a sweetener can be used.

1 cup of tuna (not in oil)

1 cup of carrots

1 cup of melon

1 cup of cauliflower

Half a cup of vanilla ice cream

1 Black Coffee or Tea no milk, no sugar but a sweetener can be used.

As you see it’s not a whole lot of food, especially as there are no snacks. Although the diet says there are no changes it’s important to be sensible here and if you hate something then substitute for something similar in calories, size and nutritional value. As mentioned before the chemical reaction part of the diet is not proven.

What do you think 3 day diet for heart patients?

It’s important to get feed back from people so we would love to hear from you if you have tried, are doing or are thinking of doing this or any of the 3 day diets around. Your thoughts are priceless.

Kaiser 3 Day Diet

Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

The Kaiser 3 Day Diet by any other name is just the 3 Day Diet. In fact the only thing the makes this diet any different than any variation of the 3 day diet is the word Kaiser in front of it. The menu does not change, the explanation of the diet does not change, and the unlikely promise of 10 pounds of weight loss in just 3 days doesn’t change either.

The Kaiser 3 Day Diet is often referred to as the Kaiser 3 Day Diet Permanente, and much like the Cleveland Clinic 3 Day or The Cardiac 3 Day Diet is just another misnomer to entice would be dieters to believe that a large and respected health organization backs the diet.

The truth it most experts and health organizations believe the diet is unhealthy and have no affiliation with it whatsoever. Before you begin doing the Kaiser 3 Day Diet I would suggest talking your family physician to see if the diet would be healthy for you.

The Kaiser 3 Day Diet Explained:

The Kaiser 3 Day Diet works by following a strict menu the combines a variety of specific food items that when consumed are supposed to create a unique metabolic reaction in your body that will help you lose 10 pounds of weight in 3 days.

The Kaiser 3 Day Diet requires no exercise.

After the 3 Days you return to eating normally for 4 to 5 days and then you may begin the diet again.

The Kaiser 3 Day Diet Menu:

5 normal sized saltine crackers

1 ounce cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1 x cup black coffee or black  tea, no sugar or substitute sweetener

1 boiled or poached egg

1 piece toast or bread

Dinner

1 cup tuna (no oil)

1 cup grated or cut carrots

1 cup cauliflower, steamed

1 cup melon, any type

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

You should add at very least 4 cups of water to this diet each day.

Is the Kaiser 3 Day Diet Healthy?

Probably not; the diet consists of short term weight loss goals and no exercise plan. You don’t develop a healthy relationship with food or have and long term goals set by participating in the Kaiser 3 Day Diet. The menu consists of drinking diuretics which simply flush water out of your system and gives you a false sense of weight loss that will most likely be gained back within a few days of normal eating.

3 Day Diet Reviews

From the 3 Day Diet Reviews that I have read in the past I have found that the 3 Day Diet is pretty darn controversial when you get right down to it. Experts and dieters seem to be butting heads on this one. Dieters who are generally in a mindset of “I need to lose weight quickly” to “fit in a dress”, “go to the beach”, to accomplish whatever short term goal they have set seem to love the 3 day diet and its different variations. Experts on the other hand hate the diet because it advocates the use of diuretics, doesn’t have an exercise plan, and doesn’t help create a positive healthy lifestyle. So with that in mind I set out and got a few people to tell me what they thing of it.

I agree with the more outspoken opponents and their 3 day diet reviews so that is what I am going to be posting for now. Check out what some of the people I asked about the diet had to say.

The 3 day diet is some BS that people try to do that don’t really want to workout, seriously, or for any type of extended period of time. They are lazy, shiftless people that are always looking for a short cut without expending any type of sustained effort.

I think it’s BS; the idea that the exact chemical makeup of the food from this diet is speeding up your metabolism. Although eating that few calories for 3 days will likely lead to 1 or 2 lbs weight loss once you begin eating normally again you will gain it right back.

The 3 Day Diet is not good for you at all. It really is just a garbage diet for people that don’t want to do the right thing. We are not dumb; we all know that the best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. But everyone is just too lazy to do it. We want to find a way a cheat and that is what the 3 day diet gives us. It is easy to do it only takes a few days and it will give you results however unhealthy they may actually be.

Now it is easy for me to bash the diet and I am sure pretty easy for the folks that I referenced in the 3 day diet reviews about because for the most part they were healthy or at least not oblivious to the reason why they weren’t. For most people it is simply the fact that when we want to lose weight it isn’t for long term reasons. It is for the short term and then when the goal is accomplished we can return to our normal lives and not worry about the weight until next time we need to look good in pictures.

3 Day Diet Review

Thursday, May 27th, 2010

Speculation about how well and how healthy the 3 Day Diet has circulated in media outlets and conversations for the better part of 30 years. Experts generally agree that the diet isn’t a long term solution and focuses on encouraging poor eating habits to quickly lose weight. Dieters however seem to be results oriented and find that losing weight is what matters most and not the path it took them to get there. So in my 3 Day Diet Review I am going to discuss a little bit of both. I am going to take the stand of the dieter and the expert and let you decide what you think of the 3 day diet.

The Side of an Expert: A 3 Day Diet Review

Most experts, in my opinion, would agree that the 3 day diet is a terrible way to lose weight. The diet consists of a very strict meal plan that does not emphasize long term healthy eating habits. Instead the diet focuses on strict eating of simple foods that do not add nutrients to your body. Establishing a well balanced meal plan that includes proteins, good for you fats, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains will provide your body with the fuel it needs to build muscle and burn fat, long term. You will continue to lose weight and maintain it while eating a variety of delicious healthy foods rather than being restricted a small few. The 3 Day Diet also suggests drinking a lot of coffee. Now coffee is a low caloric beverage that isn’t terrible for you, but it is a diuretic. A diuretic is a substance that increases the flow of urine causing the body to get rid of excess water. What does that mean to you? Well simply put you pee more and much of the weight you see being lost during the 3 day diet is water weight, which you will gain back quickly once you return to your normal eating patterns.
Another reason experts don’t agree with the 3 Day Diet is that it does not advocate any type of exercise. Exercise is critical in weight loss. By simply building new muscle you will burn more calories daily forever. Your weight loss will be long term if you add a new pound of muscle and maintain it.

Basically when an expert does a 3 day diet review they look at what value it adds to your life. They are asking will it help you long term, will it make you stronger, will it make you healthier? When it comes to the 3 day diet the answer is definitely no.

The side of Dieters: A 3 Day Diet Review

When was the last time you tried to lose weight: At the beginning of a new year, for a prom dance or wedding, to fit into a new swimsuit? As dieters we are often looking to lose weight quickly and by any means necessary, because we are looking to achieve a short term goal. This is why dieters love the 3 Day Diet. The 3 Day Diet will allow you to achieve that goal. You will lose weight. It will be fast, and when you are done that dress will fit.

However, as dieters we all know that clean eating and exercise is the best way to lose weight. But that takes dedication and foresight. And where we want fast results to meet a goal we overlook what will happen in the future. So I am going to play the ghost of diets future. Are you ready? You will gain back all of the weight you lost on the 3 Day Diet and you will not be any healthier.

My 3 Day Diet Review

Ask most anybody that has completed the 3 day diet and you will find out that you can and will lose weight. It may not be the suggested 10 lbs that they diet claims to shed off of you, but you will lose something. You will be happy and you will go on websites like ours and post your own 3 Day Diet Review of how you needed to lose 10 lbs by the weekend so you would fit into your new shirt and how it worked.

But it is important to try to foresee the future and see that the 3 day diet may get results now, but you will be back on it again soon because you didn’t do yourself or your body any good.

3 Day Diet Weight Loss

Thursday, May 27th, 2010

On this site Day-Diets.com you will find an plethora of information related to all sorts of diets and help to lead loss weight and eat healthily. One of the most popular of the day diet variety is the 3 day diet and it’s many variations.

In the 3 Day Diets Weight Loss is supposed to happen very quickly with some of the diets claiming up to 12lbs lost in just 3 short days. The idea behind the diets is that 3 days of very low calories and a combination of foods that will kick start your metabolism and help you burn fat super fast.

Does the 3 day diet work?

Any diet that cuts you low on calories will likely lead to some weight loss. The 3 day diet also usually includes only healthy low fat foods too so the body is likely to lose from this aspect as well. As for the claims that the diet creates extra weight loss through a chemical kick start of the metabolism, these claims are skeptical and as far as I know, no conclusive studies exist to prove the claims.

It’s doubtful you will shed 12lbs of fat througha  3 day diet as some of the loss will likely be water weight. However you could well lose 1-2lbs on such a diet if followed strictly.

Is the 3 day diet safe for weight loss?

When following any diet plan you should first consult a qualified health professional about the suitability for you and your body. 3 day diets often do not recommend extra exercise and this could be due to the fact that so few calories may leave you feeling a little weak, this may not be healthy for you. Throughout the diet you have to listen to your body. If you feel weak, dizzy, ill or anything abnormal you should stop immediately ad consult a doctor if symptoms continue. Any low calorie quick weight loss diet is unlikely to actually be great for your health so you must go into this with caution. The foods on the diet are however healthy and as it’s only 3 days, with appropriate normal healthy eating for at very very least one week in between may be a good way to maintain following the plans.

What does the 3 day diet entail.

Most 3 day diets have a very simple plan with a similar set menu for 3 days, 3 meals a day. This menu cannot be changed or broken so you have to stick to it. Foods often included are tuna, grapefuit, dry toast, a little peanut butter and green beans. The foods are easy to find and it’s not completely tasteless. After the 3 days you are advised heavily to resume normal healthy eating for a period of at least 1 week but I would think longer is better. You also need to keep fully hydrated at all times and a little diet soda is allowed on most plans.

Who is the 3 day diet for?

3 day diets are for people who are overweight and are looking for quick weight loss often for any upcoming event such as a special day, a short holiday or the summer start. Some people sustain these diets over months with adequate breaks in between to keep a constant level of weight loss, hopefully stopping when they reach their ideal weight. This diet is not for people who are already at an ideal weight.

It is a fad diet as such so make sure you know what you are getting into and always, always consult a qualified health professional.

Good luck.

3 Day Detox Diet

Thursday, May 27th, 2010

Before we can explain this variation of the 3 day diet we really need to know what it means to detoxify ones body and how does detox relate to a diet? The general conception about the word detox is one that unfortunately has a negative connotation. Detox is commonly associated with going to a facility to help yourself or somebody else overcome an addiction to drugs or alcohol. However what it really means is to remove toxins from your body.

The 3 Day Detox Diet is a meal and exercise regimen that is designed to help you remove the harmful toxins from your body that you consume on a daily basis. Whether they come from processed foods, soft drinks, alcohol, or whatever foodstuffs you consume. The diet involves clean eating, bordering on vegetarianism and drinking water to help clean your body thoroughly.

About The 3 Day Detox Diet

The 3 Day Detox diet is meant to be a short meal plan to help you cleanse your body of toxins that are found in the chemicals used to process food. Did you know that apples are waxed before they are put on grocery store shelves or that if you read the fine print on the label the boneless chicken breasts you are eating contain up to 10% flavor solution. The 3 Day Detox diet will help you eliminate as many of these toxins as you can from you diet and flush your system of the ones that are currently in it.

The 3 Day Detox Diet Meal Plan

Unlike many other variations of the 3 Day Diet ( EG: 3 Day Cardiac Diet, 3 Day Heart Diet) the 3 Day Detox Diet does not require you follow a strict meal plan. Instead it allows for you to select many food options that may be more pleasing to your palate than the restrictive menu on the 3 Day Diet. This will certainly help you complete the diet as it is important to eat foods that you enjoy. Instead the 3 Day Detox Diet controls the type of foods that you are eating. Rule 1 of the diet is that you are not allowed to eat any cooked foods. This mean don’t cook your vegetables and stay away from meats. The problem with cooked foods is you often cook many of the nutritional values right out of them and only leave the processed toxins behind. Meat especially, plus if you are planning on eating any meats that don’t need to be cooked they will generally be filled with preservatives and salts which are bad for your body. And our purpose is to remove the toxins from our bodies, not add new ones. 2nd on the 3 Day Detox Diet’s list of don’t is don’t drink anything but water. No soda, tea, coffee, alcohol, or fruit juice. They are all packed with sugars, caffeine, and other toxins that you just don’t need. And that is pretty much it. Eat organically produced fresh fruits and vegetables and unsalted nuts. You should be able to find a great selection of delicious foods in the grocery store as well as a host of recipes on how to prepare them online.

3 Day Detox Diet does not require you to exercise, but suggest that you do participate in 20 minutes of walking a day. By increasing your level of activity you will be helping your body digest foods and remove toxins built up in your blood.

How Long Can I Do the 3 Day Detox Diet?

The 3 day detox diet is not meant to be done for more than 3 days. This diet is meant to help cleanse your body of toxins and is not a balanced nutrition plan. If you wanted to continue the 3 Day Detox Diet for a longer period of time you would need to consult your physician about healthy ways to increase the amount of protein you are eating. Nuts although a good source of protein may not meet your daily requirements.

The 3 Day Diet

Wednesday, May 26th, 2010

It is my pleasure to talk with you about the 3 day diet today as it is one of my favorite fab diets. The reason it is one of my favorites is because it is one of the shorter diet plans out there on the market and we know our society loves instant gratification.

No matter if you are looking to jump on this diet to shed a few extra pounds to fit into that dress you love so much or just to look a little bit better in your bikini, we are going to break the 3 day diet plan down for you to get a good idea if you want to continue down this path or not.

History of the 3 day diet

The history of this diet began like all the rest of the fad, fitness diets of the 1980′s. Mainly born out of the year of 1985, fad diets rose to popularity as people realized that they were not satisfied with the bodies and needed or wanted to have some quick fixes to this physical problems. We believe it was the microwave or instant gratification generation that made these diets so wildly popular. The funny part of it all is that these types of diets, 3 day chemical breakdown diet, 3 day heart diet, 3 day hospital diet, all were not suppose to see the other side of the 1990′s, but they have surprised us all and are still around to this very day.

How the 3 Day Diet Works

The intent of the 3 day diet is to get your system working for you and not against you. This is done by getting you to eat foots that will raise your metabolic rate and force you to use the bathroom more removing all the extra waste and weight from your body. Raising your metabolic rate increases the number of calories you burn during the day, which in turns helps you lose weight faster. And since 3 days is all the time you need, getting that metabolic rate up as high has possible is critical to the 3 day diet plan. And obviously, the more waste you excrete, the more weight you will lose.

This particular diet is high in fruit consumption, which is known to solve both of the major needs of this diet plan. Fruit has the capacity to raise the metabolic rate, while making you more regular than before.

The 3 Day Diet Warning

Just as a note to you, be careful when using any type of diet plan. Just because it says that it is a diet doesn’t mean that it is healthy for you. And this particular diet does not have all the ingredients of a complete, nutritional diet plan, therefore, you should not use this diet back to back. We would suggest that you wait at least a month in between uses of this diet just to be safe.

Losing weight is not as important as being healthy. And if you don’t maintain some sort of ongoing physical fitness, then there is no way you can expect to keep off the weight that you have lost for a long period of time. In fact, increased physical fitness is highly recommended over just dieting along.

But we know it can be hard to move forward when you have a few extra pounds on your waist. Be diligent, work hard, and the 3 day diet just might be what you are looking for paired with some physical fitness activities.

3 Day Diet Detox

Tuesday, May 25th, 2010

The 3 Day Diet Detox program is not associated with the 3 day diet or any of the variations that we have discussed so far on this website. The focus of this program is on detoxification, or the cleansing of your body by removing toxins that may have been accrued from the use of unhealthy substances such as drugs or alcohol. And even some substances that we may not believe to be harmful such as additives to fruits, proteins, and milk.

How does the 3 Day Diet Detox program work?

The diet is pretty simple. You are trying to clean your body, so you can only put clean substances into it. First and foremost you should consult your family physician before starting any diet to see if it is right for you.

Now that you know the diet is right for you, there are a few rules that you must follow in order to detoxify your body. First don’t eat anything that needs to be cooked during the 3 day period. Fish, poultry, beef, and pork all contain additives that may be harmful to your body; that is unless you are purchasing grass feed organic products. So for our first efforts we are going to be staying away from cooked foods for 3 days.

Our next step is focusing on fluids. Don’t drink anything but water! Water is the closest thing to a pure and healthy beverage. Fruit juices are high in sugar, coffee has caffeine, and soda is made with chemicals. Stick to water and you will be on the road to a healthier you in know time. If you must and I mean must have something else you can have a maximum of 1 cup of fruit juice, but it has to be from fresh fruit that you have squeezed yourself.

No cooked food, soda, fruit juice, coffee, and obviously beer, alcohol or wine. So what can you have? Eat fruits and vegetables. With grocery stores stocking fresh fruit and vegetables from all over the world it is easy to find a wide variety of flavors that can satisfy your cravings and hunger without providing the additives or toxins that are injected into the items we spoke about above. You must have a well balanced mixture of both fresh fruit and vegetables. Also you need to find a healthy source of protein to help your body create energy and burn fat. Unsalted Almonds and other nuts can be a great source of protein so I suggest finding as many varieties of nuts as you can and finding out which suites your palate best.

Your body was meant to keep you healthy so you must help it help you. During the 3 day diet detox you should perform at least 20 minutes of a brisk exercise daily; like walking to help burn calories and metabolize the substances in your body.

The 3 Day Diet Detox program is meant to help you cleanse your body and if you follow the diet for 3 days you should see signs of weight loss and you should just feel better all around. Good luck!

Cardiac 3 Day Diet

Monday, May 24th, 2010

The Cardiac 3 Day Diet which is generally referred to as the 3 Day Cardiac diet is a fad or yoyo diet that misleads would be dieters by promising weight loss of up to 10 lbs in just 3 days.

The concept behind the diet is that by following a very strict meal plan for 3 days the body will basically go through a magic change or metabolic transformation in which you will start burning fat faster than you normally would.

Basically it is a bunch of nonsense thrown together to get you to do the diet for somebody else’s financial gain, although I am not really sure who since you have found this article for free on the internet. Anyway…Losing weight while participating in the cardiac 3 day diet is possible, however I don’t think it is because of the metabolic transformation. It probably has more to do with a loss of water weight, the specific meal plan that this diet involves following contains 3 to 4 cups of coffee and little to nothing else to drink.

The Cardiac 3 Day Diet doesn’t incorporate any type of exercise plan or long term nutrition plan into the diet. Once the 3 days are over the diet says to eat as normal for 4 to 5 days and then begin the diet again if you are interested in losing more weight. I am not sure what eat as “normal” means. If they are recommending going back to the way you ate before which made you overweight in the first place, I am not sure how that would help at all. So, that right there is where my description of the diet as being a yoyo diet comes in to play.

Here is my perception of the Cardiac 3 Day Diet; Basically what you do is eat poorly for 3 days, lose a little bit of water weight, eat normal for 4 days and put it all back on, then eat poorly again for 3 days.

My suggestion to you before trying the cardiac 3 day diet would be to go talk to you physician or a nutritionist and plan for a diet that includes a healthy meal plan and exercise regiment. The best and fastest weigh to lose weight is through a balanced diet and exercise and it is 3 day diet plans like this that often create eating disorders and health problems for dieters in the long term

The 3 day Cardiac diet is one of many variations on a the original 3 day diet formed in the 1980s. Some other aliases you may see the 3 day diet using are the 3 day heart diet, the 3 day hospital diet, and the 3 day chemical breakdown diet. I would avoid these diets as well as they serve a similar purpose and don’t bestow the virtues of healthy eating and exercise.
