3 Day Heart Diet


The 3 Day Heart Diet is one of the 3 day diets that are fairly popular right now. The basics behind the diet is that you follow a low calorie low fat diet for 3 full days and this helps lose fat through chemical breakdown. Some people report up to 10lbs lost on the diet but these claims may be hard to validate.

It’s important to keep very well hydrated on this diet and make sure that you leave a gap of around a week between undertaking the 3 days.

The name 3 Day Heart Diet is possibly derived from a diet original set out by the American Heart Association or formed in a hospital somewhere. The actual origination cannot be definitely tracked down by us at this moment.

Anyway here is the basics of the 3 day heart diet.

1 Cup of Black Coffee or Tea

1/2 a Grapefruit or Grapefruit Juice

1 Slice of Dry Wholewheat Toast

1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter

BREAKFAST

1 Cup of Black Coffee or Tea

1 Boiled Egg

1 Slice of Dry Wholewheat Toast

1/2 of a Banana

BREAKFAST

1 Cup of Black Coffee or Tea

5 Normal Saltine Crackers

1 ounce of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Small Apple

LUNCH

1 Cup of Black Coffee or Tea

1/2 a Cup of Tuna (not in oil)

1 Slice of Dry Wholewheat Toast or 1 ounce of Cheddar Cheese

LUNCH

1 Cup of Black Coffee or Tea

1 Cup of Cottage Cheese or 1/2 a Cup of Tuna

5 Regular Saltine Crackers

LUNCH

1 Cup of Black Coffee or Tea

1 Hard Boiled Egg

1 Slice of Dry Wholewheat Toast

DINNER

3 Ounce of Lean Meat

1 Cup of Green Beans

1 Cup of Carrots or Beetroot

1 Small Apple

1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

DINNER

2 Beef Hotdogs

1 Cup of Broccoli

1/2 Cup of Grated Carrots or Turnip Greens

1/2 of a Banana

1/2 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

DINNER

1 Cup Tuna (No Oil)

1 Cup of Green Beans or Cauliflower

1 Cup Carrots or Beetroots

1 Cup Watermelon or any Melon

1/2 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
