So you came here looking for information on the 3 day diet heart, but will end up getting a lecture from me on how dangerous these fad diets can be if you are not careful. Take a moment to gain some clarity from the bigger picture. You are not really just trying to lose weight, but trying to keep it off. And binge dieting is not going to get that done for you. I am sorry to be the one to break this for you, but most people that lose weight quickly, gain it back quickly as well.
