Honestly, I have not tried the 11 day diet yet, therefore, I cannot speak definitively about how this diet is going to work on your body or the results that you may see. I can tell you that it does work for a number of people that we have been in contact with. The most extreme cases we every heard lost about 15 pounds in the 11 day period.
This was not due to just straight dieting. This was a person that was serious about losing the weight in a short amount of time, so in addition to the diet plan that is offered during the 11 day diet, she also mixed in some physical fitness as well. This exercise was something totally new to her and she was a bit over weight to start, therefore, she had more weight to lose and effects of the physical fitness were more drastic on her than on a person that works out regularly.
